The much-anticipated hotelier seminar series has once again come to a beautiful close — THA DIGITAL BOOTCAMP #5 @Chiang Mai a collaboration of the Thai Hotels Association (THA) Southern Chapter, the THA Northern Chapter, and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).

Together, we shared insights and digital innovations designed to empower hoteliers in today’s fast-evolving online landscape.

This event’s theme, “Maximize Online Booking Performance,” centered on the idea of staying ahead of consumer trends, embracing technology, and building sustainable marketing strategies essential goals for hospitality businesses striving for growth in the digital era.

Event Highlights

The bootcamp brought together hotel owners and professionals from Chiang Mai and neighboring provinces for an afternoon of learning, inspiration, and networking. Participants gained valuable insights from leading experts through a series of focused sessions, including:

• API as a modern tool for hotel data exchange automation presented by HotelTime Solutions
• Effective ways to maximize your online distribution channels presented by RateGain
• Building a strong and sustainable brand with multi-channel advertising management (Google, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.) presented by Web Connection

Each session focused on empowering hoteliers to strengthen their digital platforms, reduce reliance on external distribution channels, and achieve long-term profitability.

The seminar was held on Tuesday, 6 June 2023, from 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM at Rati Lanna Riverside Spa Resort, Chiang Mai, with a warm and enthusiastic turnout from hotel operators.
